Terms of agreement
1. General terms
1.1. The Terms of Use of Website http://www.cgbnetwork.com/ (hereafter: CGBNetwork) state the terms, conditions, restrictions of using the services accessible on the CGBNetwork Website, which concern all its users, as well as sanctions in case of disregarding these terms.
1.2. CGBNetwork Website is maintained and administrated by organisation “CGBNETWORK”, registration number 40008197139 (hereafter: CGBNETWORK)
1.3. CGBNetwork Website offers to register in a global Christian business network to its users, in this way uniting Latvian and international Christian entrepreneurs who agree and decide to comply with the values and goals set by CGBNETWORK.
1.4. Everyone who wishes to receive information published in CGBNetwork Website can use it; also those who wish to become a member of CGBNETWORK and publish information about their business on CGBNetwork Website.
2. Website Terms of Use
2.1. Everyone who is interested in the information published in CGBNetwork Website is allowed to use the Website.
2.2. By accessing and using the Website, you accept and agree to the terms of use.
2.3. CGBNetwork Website has 3 types of users:
2.3.1. User, who reads and uses the information on the Website according to its terms of use;
2.3.2. Registered visitor, who reads and uses the information on the Website and who is allowed to do the following actions on the Website according to the terms of use:
2.3.2.1. Place business inquiries;
2.3.2.2. Add their testimonies;
2.3.2.3. ‘Like’ the Website content
2.3.3. Registered visitor can register on the Website by clicking ‘sign in’, then a tab ‘For visitors’ opens, through which the visitor can register with their LinkedIn or Facebook account and become a CGBNetwork registered visitor and use the above mentioned features.
2.3.4. If the actions mentioned in point 2.3.2. do not comply with the vision and terms of use of the CGBNetwork Website, the editorial staff has the right not to accept or publish the actions, also to delete the previously added testimonies, news and business inquiries.
2.3.5. Registered company, which has confirmed the CGBNetwork vision and has registered at the Christian Global Business Network. The time given to the company to publish information is one calendar year. The yearly fee depends on the number of employees in the company. A month before the end of the subscription the registered company receives a notice via email that informs about the end of the term of publishing information; the company can extend the subscription.
2.3.6. Registered companies can:
2.3.6.1. Place an information profile about their enterprise in 3 languages – Latvian, English and Russian. The amount of information: description about the enterprise, keywords, product catalogue, photo gallery, website address, map, chosen industries and categories;
2.3.6.2. Add news articles;
2.3.6.3. Place business inquiries;
2.3.6.4. Add testimonies;
2.3.6.5. ‘Like’ the Website content.
2.3.6. The company can register by clicking ‘Register company’, then a page ‘Register in CGBNetwork’ opens – then, by filling in the user information and legal information, the company can accept the CGBNetwork vision, Website terms of use and transfer a payment through the payment system. As soon as the company has made the payment, it can use the above mentioned features.
2.3.7. If the actions of the company do not comply with the Website vision or contradict it, the editorial staff can decline the registration of the company and return the payment in 60 days’ time.
2.4. In order for the information about the company to be published on the CGBNetwork Website, one has to become a CGBNETWORK member. To become a CGBNETWORK member, the user has to register by filling in a form that is accessible on the CGBNetwork Website, section ‘How to become a CGBNETWORK member’. Then, a person in charge will contact the user of the CGBNetwork Website in 3 days’ time.
2.5. If any information that contradicts CGBNetwork Website terms of use is found, the administration of the CGBNetwork Website has the right to delete the information about the CBGNETWORK member fully or until the moment when the information is updated. The administration of CGBNetwork Website will contact the responsible CGBNETWORK member regarding the violation.
2.6. Every member is fully responsible for the information concerning the CGBNETWORK member’s business activities published on the CGBNetwork Website.
2.7. It is forbidden to publish the following content of information on the CGBNetwork Website:
2.7.6. that offends or violates Third-Party Intellectual Property Rights (copyright etc.);
2.7.7. that does not comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia;
2.7.8. that offend a person’s honour and dignity;
2.7.9. that calls to violence, racial prejudice or other unlawful actions;
2.7.10. that is vulgar, libellous or otherwise offending;
2.7.11. that contains computer viruses or is created to harm the operation (safety) of the computer or electronic communication software;
2.7.12. uncoordinated advertisement;
2.7.13. that has a pornographic or overly erotic character;
2.7.14. all other kinds of information that affects or can affect effective operation and safety of the Website;
2.7.15. that contradicts God’s Word – The Bible.
2.8. The users of CGBNetwork Website are aware that the CGBNetwork Website is a network of Latvian and international Christian entrepreneurs, the access to which is available worldwide, to government institutions as well as mass media; therefore by publishing information the CBGNETWORK member is aware that this information will be accessible to everyone to such an extent that the member has stated and allowed the administration of the CGBNetwork Website to publish it.
2.9. The materials placed on CGBNetwork Website are protected in accordance with the Law of Copyright of the Republic of Latvia. Any republishing of the materials placed on the CGBNetwork Website without the permission of CGBNetwork Website administration is categorically forbidden.
2.10. CGBNETWORK member, whose information concerning their business activities is published on the CGBNetwork Website, is responsible for the complaints of the persons depicted in the materials about the publishing of these materials and complaints concerning copyright and neighbouring rights.
2.11. The administration of CGBNetwork Website holds the right to delete materials published on the Website in case of need without notice.
2.12. CGBNetwork Website is not responsible for any loss or damage of user’s account information and content, including files published on the Website caused by accidental action or a case of Third Party malice or unlawful action.
2.13. The user of CGBNetwork Website has to immediately inform the Website administration by email info@cgbnetwork.com in case of noticing any unlawful actions, including unauthorised use of information published on the Website with an unlawful intent.
2.14. All CGBNetwork Website users’ data are protected in accordance with the laws of Republic of Latvia.
2.15. For offenses against any CGBNetwork portal system security or its operations, the guilty persons are criminally liable.
